- Single Use: Each exam voucher is valid for a single attempt only.
- Non-Transferable: Vouchers cannot be assigned to another person once registered.
- Expiration: Vouchers must be redeemed and the exam taken before the expiration date; no extensions are permitted by the OEM.
- Reschedule Policy: Rescheduling must be done at least 72 hours prior to the exam date to avoid forfeiture.
- Region & Conutry Policy: Candidate must purchase exam voucher and kit for their region only. Different region’s exam or kit won’t work and revoke.
- Retake Policy: If a candidate fails the first attempt, there is no waiting period for the second. However, a 14-day waiting period applies between the 2nd and 5th attempts. A maximum of 5 attempts are allowed per year
